EagleRuns All Da Way ToDa Bank, aka, Cash                 EagleRuns All Da Way ToDa Bank, aka, Cash

I'm sure you have noticed by the pedigree that "Cash" is no relation to our Beloved "Bessie". Our site has been devoted solely to our Bessie and her get. We have decided that Bessie would have approved of "Cash", and therefore have given her her own page. She fits right in and will no doubt be an asset to our breeding program She is pictured above just 5 days before her whelping date. She was bred to our very own AKC CH "Apache" Reign Of EagleRun" for her maiden litter.

"Cash"
Born 07/20/1996 - Sex: Female
Our lovely " Cash" is from a breeding of ours. She is out of an outside bitch we bought and bred to "Cutter's" dad, Jay and TaDa, here she is. At age 8 weeks of age we had to decide between her and one of her blue litter sisters to send to Colorado. We measured every part of their bodies and compared them for what seemed like hours.....viewing this way and that way...watching this and watching that....We finally decided on our first choice to keep......"Cash".......and she is still here...She is OFA good, eyes clear yrly, full dentition/scissor bite...She has been lucky enough to spend some quality time with Alison and her family in McKinney, TX on stock.....she was turning on to it, but not as driven as our "Jodi", "Apache" and of course "George"......:-)
She is back home and was bred to our old blue boy, "Apache" and the puppies are very nice, consisting of 1 black tri bitch, 1 blue merle bitch with full crystal blue eyes, and 2 blue merle boys. You can see the "Apache X Cash babies"here. We have since lost our wonderful boy, "Apache".. infact the babies were just a month when we lost him.. Such a loss to our family as well as to the breed.
Cash fell in love with Astronaut and Mrs. John Casper. They fell in love with her as well. We sent her home with them on a trial basis of 2 weeks. Well, within the first week, Beth called to let me know Cash, "Cassie" would NOT be needing 2 weeks to see if they would adjust....:-) She had already found her favorite spot to rest and was Beth's constant shadow. We were thrilled for both John, Beth and for Cash, ur, I mean "Cassie". The 4 of us chose to breed her a third and final time. We chose our AKC CH EagleRuns® No Compromise, aka, "JosUwa", ASCA 5pt mjr. as the sire of this litter. They were bred and 2 weeks after breeding, Beth just could not wait anylonger. So, to the vet she and Cassie went....The results were positive. She was infact with puppies. We were all very happy. John was leaving for the Cape for a lift off of one of the Shuttles. Beth was going to go with him and bring Cassie along. But, knowing she would not be allowed on the grounds, and not wanting to leave her in a hotel, she stayed. Thank God she did. Cassie began having a discharge and within just a few minutes after seeing it, Beth had her at the Vet's office. Had she not acted so quickly, we would have lost Cassie. The vet had to do an emergency spay on Cassie, but was able to save her. She had "Pyo". This is a very serious and dangerous thing for a bitch. Had it not been able to drain outwardly and Beth see this drainage and get her to the Vet as quickly, she would surely died.... Cassie is doing very well and you would never know she was in such grave danger. No, we do not have the pleasure of a JosUwa X Cash, *Cassie* litter, but John and Beth will have many years of love and companionship with her. We miss her, but will get to see her from time to time. We are pleased to say that one of the boys of the CH Apache X Cash litter is helping an artist in Alaska who has lost his eyesight in one eye to work and continue on with some normalacy of life as well as going on hunting trips with himself and his daughter... He bagged his first Caribou this year. We are also very pleased to say that the other boy in that litter went WD, BOW, and BOS today, *4/27/01* at an Alabama show.......
